The job holder shall be responsible for managing FINE PRINT sales team for the company to ensure productivity.
Provides leadership and direction for the overall performance of the sales team.
Strengthens and improves the company market position by initiating, maintaining and developing pay points to grow sales and premium income.
Manages sales and sales support processes to ensure company profitability to meet business targets.
Manages sales Budget and develops local market and resource plan.
Balances own priorities with directing and motivating others and creating a climate for optimal performance.
Builds strong and effective working relations with the sales team.
Guides and directs staff to achieve operational excellence standards.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Ensures that the sales department works cross functionally with executives from other department.
Maintains sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
Should have a weekly and monthly review of performance and report same to the General Manager.
Maintain a register of all key equipment or items within the department

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field
Age: Minimum 40 years
Minimum 5 years of relevant sales and marketing experience in the Printing and Packaging industry.
